COOKIE POLICY

Version dated 07.05.2026

1. General information

This Cookie Policy describes the rules for using cookies and similar technologies on the website operated by Robomatica Sp. z o.o. The Policy supplements our Privacy Policy.

2. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files saved by the web browser on the User’s terminal device – such as a computer, phone or tablet – when using the Website. They typically contain the name of the website they originated from, the storage period and a unique identifier that allows the device to be recognised on subsequent visits.

Similar technologies may include tracking pixels, browser local storage, analytical tags, third-party scripts and other online identifiers.

3. Types of technologies used on the Website

3.1 Strictly necessary and technical cookies

These are required for the proper operation of the Website, including remembering cookie preferences, maintaining the session, supporting the contact form, ensuring security and preventing abuse. Disabling them may cause some functions to malfunction. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in ensuring the operation and security of the Website.

3.2 Analytical cookies

Used to measure traffic on the Website, generate statistics, analyse the sources of visits and improve the Website. We use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics 4 does not record or store IP addresses in Analytics reports – the IP address may be used technically when data is collected (for example to determine approximate location) and is then discarded before the data is saved. Analytical cookies are activated only after the User’s consent. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the relevant provisions of the Polish Electronic Communications Law concerning the storing of and access to information stored on the User’s terminal device.

3.3 Marketing cookies and technologies

These are used to measure the effectiveness of advertising, conduct remarketing and tailor marketing communications. Robomatica may use, in particular, Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company), where these tools are deployed on the Website.

Marketing technologies are activated only after the User’s consent. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the relevant provisions of the Polish Electronic Communications Law.

3.4 Form-protection tools

The Website may use Google reCAPTCHA provided by Google Ireland Limited to protect contact forms from spam and abuse. The tool may set its own cookies and transmit technical data to Google. The use of reCAPTCHA is based on our legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the Website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. List of cookies and technologies used

The Website may use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies – enable the Website to function properly, including remembering cookie choices, supporting the contact form and ensuring Website security. They are always active because they are necessary for the service to operate.
  • Analytical cookies – help us measure traffic on the Website and understand which content is visited most often. For this purpose, we may use Google Analytics 4. Analytical cookies are activated only after the User has given consent.
  • Marketing cookies and similar technologies – may be used to measure advertising effectiveness, conduct remarketing and better tailor marketing communications. For this purpose, we may use tools such as Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag. Marketing technologies are activated only after the User has given consent.
  • Form-protection tools – to protect forms against spam and abuse, we may use Google reCAPTCHA. This tool may process the User’s technical data in accordance with Google’s rules.

The detailed list of active cookies may depend on the current configuration of the Website and on the choices made by the User in the cookie banner.

5. Consent management

On the User’s first visit to the Website, the User has the option to grant, refuse or adjust consent for analytical, marketing and other cookies that are not necessary for the operation of the Website. The cookie banner allows refusing consent as easily as granting it.

Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time via the “Change cookie settings” link available in the footer of the Website. Deleting cookies in the browser settings may also cause the cookie banner to be displayed again.

6. Cookie management in the browser

Every popular web browser allows the User to manage cookies independently, including blocking or deleting them. Instructions for the most commonly used browsers are available on the websites of their providers:

Google Chrome – Help / Privacy and security;

Mozilla Firefox – Help / Privacy and security;

Microsoft Edge – Settings / Cookies and site permissions;

Safari – Preferences / Privacy;

Opera – Settings / Advanced / Privacy and security.

Disabling all cookies may affect the experience of using the Website or make some features unavailable.

7. Google Consent Mode

Robomatica may use the Google Consent Mode mechanism, which transmits the User’s consent status from the cookie banner to Google tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads). This mechanism does not replace the obligation to obtain valid consent where consent is required.

8. Transfers outside the EEA

The use of tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Workspace, Google reCAPTCHA, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag may involve transferring data to countries outside the European Economic Area, in particular to the USA. Such transfers take place on the basis of the appropriate mechanisms provided for in the GDPR – such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses or another permitted transfer mechanism.

9. Microsoft Clarity Cookies

Our website uses Microsoft Clarity cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze user behavior, improve website performance, and enhance the user experience.

These cookies may collect information such as:

  • Pages visited
  • Time spent on the website
  • Clicks and scrolling behavior
  • Device and browser information
  • Interaction patterns

Microsoft Clarity cookies are considered analytics cookies and may only be activated after user consent where required by applicable privacy laws such as GDPR.
